3. Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. When you create an account:

• Your content belongs to you - we don't claim ownership of videos, events, or jokes you post
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Manipulate votes, views, or engagement metrics
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools without permission
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Share graphic violence, hate speech, or explicit content without appropriate warnings
• Interfere with the service's security or functionality

5. Content You Upload

When you upload content (videos, jokes, events, comments):

• You retain all ownership rights to your content
• You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform
• You represent that you have the right to upload the content
• You are responsible for ensuring content complies with applicable laws
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• Video uploads are subject to file size limits (2GB per video)

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep StandUp.net running smoothly, but:

• We target 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may be scheduled with advance notice
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Background processing (video transcoding, thumbnails) may take time

7. Payments and Subscriptions

For paid features:

• We offer free and paid subscription plans
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Coinbase)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

8. Credits System

Our API credits system:

• Credits can be purchased or included with subscription plans
• Credits are used for API access and certain features
• Unused credits may expire based on your plan
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

9. Privacy
